Thats right….Wednesday AKA Hump Day ANDDDD RABIES DAYYYY !!!! That’s right clear some time tomorrow to run those sweet fur babies over to Whitney Veterinary Clinic for their November rabies special ! Every wed in Nov is $5.00 rabies. You can’t beat that guys. Remember the city of Whitney requires all animals be vaccinated and registered with the city. There are only a few more Wednesdays left for this great deal 🩷🐩🩷

We will be offering $5 rabies vaccinations each WEDNESDAY in the month of November! Walk in only from 10AM-12PM or 1PM-4PM!💉 Must be at least 3 months of age!

Poppy came again today & she was even more comfortable with us! She even took a nap on the table while she was getting her jacket stripped!
Sophie came in too & we are so happy with her hair! When she came to us a year ago she had almost no hair on her trunk from a previous shave. Now she has a full coat! The last photo was her first groom with us!

Handstripping isn’t just for purebred dogs! We strip show dogs all the time, but it is not often we strip mix breeds.😃 This is this girl’s first time being stripped & she loved it!
Handstripping is the correct way to groom wire coats. Some wire coated dogs will even itch if they are not carded/stripped.
Most groomers do not offer handstripping as a service, but we do! It is very labor intensive & hard on our hands, however we truly believe in caring for the wire coat the way it is supposed to be cared for.
