So proud of Bandit for his first big boy groom!

It’s hard to believe that he wouldn’t even let me near him for his first visit. We spent some time just hanging out and getting to know each other before he went home, and it made a world of difference when he came back the second time. Every dog is uniquely different, and it’s so incredibly important to go at their pace!

Remember not to get discouraged if your dog is too anxious/nervous to be completed at a grooming appointment, especially on their first visit. Getting to know a new groomer can take time, which is why consistency and patience are key! 🤍

Happy Monday! Just wanted to update you all on my late policy due to a high increase of late/missed appointments.

• My grace period is ten minutes. If you pass that, your appointment is canceled/rescheduled and you will be charged a fee.
• Canceling or rescheduling an appointment within 24hrs of the appointment time will result in a fee.
• Failure to pay this fee will result in termination as my client.

I’m aware that life happens, but this is a growing issue that’s become notable as of late. Thank you for your understanding, I appreciate all of you so much!
