Hello everyone! A few things to know heading into this spring/summer:
- Late appointments are only valid 10 minutes past your appointment time. If you are not in the studio by then, your appointment will be canceled and rescheduled. I understand life happens, but I also have to stay on schedule to better serve my clients who arrive on time!
- Saturday grooming will be very limited and cut back. As of right now I’ve been grooming every Saturday for the past few months, and that’s not what I set out to do when I first made my schedule. I wasn’t going to include Saturday grooming at all originally, and only did so for a select few. Moving forward, one Saturday a month, maybe two, will be allotted for those who need them, and ONLY for those who need them.
- Book for the service you need so you get the correct time slot booked. If you want a full groom (hair cut) book for the full groom and not a bath! This ensures I don’t overbook and have time to dedicate to your pup!
- Be transparent about the condition your dog is in. If there’s matting/tangles/extreme debris, let me know so I can block extra time!
- Book ahead! I’ve already started to book out weeks in advance, so be sure to book well ahead for your pup to ensure they can get groomed when they need it.
