Fruits of the Season Recipe #1: Gazpacho! While there are MANY recipes for this- make it to your taste- chunky or smooth. Having eaten different versions of this in Spain and other countries, I still love my mom’s recipe that she got from the Good Housekeeping International Cookbook, World’s Fair Edition, 1964. And I guess I also have a Gazpacho loving dog!
