Hello and Happy Valentines Day to our wonderful clients and their pups! Due to SO many clients (new and existing) not showing up for their appointments! (Some don’t even call to cancel or reschedule). We take a certain amount of dogs each day and we rely on these appointments! We also turn away some clients who might have shown up! Having said this we are going to have to start taking half of the total groom cost as a deposit when you make your appointments! That deposit will go towards your appointment the day you scheduled for! If you need to switch your appointment please let us know within 24 hours if possible and the deposit will transfer. If you are a no show and don’t reply or reschedule we keep the deposit! We are willing to work with you, if you are willing to keep your appointments or at least let us know ahead of time! Thanks and we apologize if this affects our clients who never no show on us!❤️🐾
