Hello! We would like to address a few things that have been snagging a bit recently. We are currently still operating at our original location

We are waiting for the final steps in moving over to The Dog Stop - Lake Charles. Don't worry, when moving day happens, we will let everyone on our schedule know the day before your appointment! 💕
We are currently operating without a receptionist and will not have one until we move. We thank everyone in advance for having patience with us as we are trying our best to get back to everyone as soon as we can. If we do not return your call until the end of the day, it is because we are giving all of our focus and attention to the pups in our care.
We are experiencing delays in receiving voicemails. We've recently discovered that voicemails aren't showing up on our phone until 2-3 hours after they are left, so we apologize for any chance that we have not been able to get your message. We have even had cases where the voicemail hasn't come through at all.
