Due to significant income loss from last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we have had to make the difficult decision to enforce our cancellation policy more strictly.

Missed appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will now incur a 50% rescheduling fee.

We have held off on making this change for as long as possible, but this step is necessary to help us continue providing the quality service you deserve.
