Recently a former client has decided to make false claims about our service and how we run things. This was an aggressive dog that posed a serious bite risk.

The skin around the dogs butt being inflamed is unrelated to us. The dog had a bathroom movement before the owner arrived. There was no skin issue there. It is incredibly likely the dog had diarrhea after returning home due to the stress of changing environments.

These accusations do not reflect how we do our business and how we treat our K'9s. It is a nervous person playing witch-hunt despite being given a refund as she no longer wanted to continue our service.
