🐾 Windy Hill Dog Grooming Booking Policy 🐾
Thank you for choosing Windy Hill Dog Grooming! We are committed to providing a safe, stress-free, one-on-one grooming experience for every dog. To help us serve all of our clients fairly, please review our booking policies below.
📅 Appointment Scheduling
• Appointments are reserved specifically for your pet.
• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
• New clients may be asked to provide additional information before booking.
⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling
• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client.
🚫 No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
• First missed appointment: Courtesy reminder and note placed on your account.
• Second missed appointment or late cancellation: A fee of 50% of the scheduled grooming service may be required before future appointments can be booked.
• Third missed appointment or late cancellation: Future booking privileges may be reviewed and may require prepayment to schedule.
⏳ Late Arrivals
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
• A late arrival may result in a shortened service or additional fee if extra time is required.
🐶 Health & Safety
• All pets must be up-to-date on required vaccinations as recommended by your veterinarian.
• Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, behavioral concerns, or recent surgeries before your appointment.
• For the safety of all pets and staff, aggressive dogs may require special handling fees or referral to another groomer.
💳 Payment
• Payment is due at the time services are completed.
• We accept cash and approved electronic payment methods.
