We started in a mobile home community within Holland, MI, and developed what we called (for lack of a better term): "Phaedra's Pherals". We supported the feral community that Phaedra was born into, by giving them food, shelter, and medical care. If left up to the management of the park, the cats would have been trapped and dispatched of. Most of that community lives on Social Security, Disability, or unemployment, which is what makes this task of helping so daunting and why we are in need of assistance. We have saved many feral kittens, seven of which are blind, and hope to be able to continue saving them and getting them in a TNR Program (trap, neuter, release).
