UPDATE: dog has been reuntied with his owner!

🚨 LOST & FOUND ALERT 🚨

This handsome guy wandered up to West Michigan K9 today like he was ready to enroll himself in training. 😂

He’s a male black Lab, super friendly, and clearly someone’s beloved pet. We’re guessing his family is missing him, and we’d love to help him get back home where he belongs.

If you recognize him or know someone who’s missing their dog, please message us! He’s safe here for now, but he’d much rather be curled up at home with his people.

Part-Time Kennel Technician
Location: West Michigan K9 West Olive, Mi
Schedule: Every Other Saturday & Sunday
Pay: Starting at $15/hour (Raise after 90 days)
Age Requirement: Must be 17 or older

West Michigan K9- is looking for a dependable, dog-loving individual to join our team as a Part-Time Kennel Technician. If you're responsible, motivated, and enjoy working with dogs, this could be the perfect fit!

Job Responsibilities:

-Provide care and attention to dogs in our facility
-Supervise outdoor playtime and ensure a safe, engaging environment
-Keep kennels clean using a power washer and general sanitation practices
-Make sure all dogs have clean water and food
-Play and interact with our canine guests
-Work independently with minimal supervision after training
-Lift up to 40 lbs and perform hands-on, physical tasks
-Willing to get a little dirty—this is a hands-on, active role!
-Be open and flexible to additional or changing job duties as needed

Requirements:
-Health and safety of our dogs needs to be your number one priority
-Must be reliable and punctual
-Have dependable transportation
-Be a self-starter with a strong work ethic
-Comfortable working around dogs of all sizes and in all weather conditions- Our pups don't get snow days! (Compensation is given in certain conditions)
-Willingness to adapt and help where needed—teamwork is key!

🚨 Missing Dog Alert – Please Help! 🚨

We’ve just received word that one of our clients is missing their dog, Jekyll, and our hearts go out to them as they continue searching for their beloved companion.

Jekyll has been missing for 3 weeks now and was last seen in the Brighton, MI area.

Jekyll is an all-black, 5½-year-old German Shepherd – a very loved member of the family, and his absence is deeply felt.

While time has passed, we know that miracles can happen, especially when a community rallies together. Please keep an eye out and share this post to help spread the word.

-Dog's Name: Jekyll
- Breed: All-black German Shepherd
-Age: 5½ years old
-He is microchipped
-Had dog collar with tags on

Meet, Aero. He is a 7 week old Belgian Malinois, he was pick of the litter off of our demo dog Luka. He has been raised with children thus far, tons of dogs, and has a solid temperament and nerves.
