We are still awaiting resolution of Hailey's pyrometra surgery claim (refer to previous post). Can anyone recommend an insurance company suitable for multiple dog owners with emergency coverage only? I am grateful that our veterinarian at West Newton Veterinary Hospital could perform the surgery, avoiding a costly emer. Surgery of $5K+.

I inquire weekly and receive an automated response stating, 'Please accept our sincerest apologies for the delay in processing your application. We understand..yada, yada, yada" for 7wks now.

Our Hailey had pyometra, which is a time sensitive infection of the uterus that would lead to killing her . As everyone knows, our beautiful girl couldn't be bred, and was our pet - our official meeter and greeter ❤️ I am dealing with my insurance company-- Pawp that I've had emergency coverage since 2021 . I've been trying to open a claim over a week on their sh*tty app! Argh, I feel they are not only going to deny my claim. They Emailed me today saying I didn't have emergency coverage. I have screenshots of all coverage I have- including emergency.... they have also taken my monthly payments for yrs without any issues with this added coverage smh. Years ago they had phone numbers to contact them. Now there is no way to contact anyone????

If you have this company -cancel NOW and save your money......I'm not done with them yet- I'll post the outcome arrrgh

Happy Belated 2nd Birthday to our I litter. Our last litter of GSD pups 💔 I will still recommend and help with GSDs, but as our gang ages, so do I.Over the last 30+ yrs I've met so many wonderful people and families. I'm glad our pups were lucky enough to become part of your loving families. So once again, Happy 2nd Birthday to our babies, pictures please❤️💙
