Gene wants everyone to know that we will be closing at 4:30PM for our monthly staff meetings 😛

We will be discussing snack distribution to patients, according to Gene 🐾
BUT we will actually be working to continue to provide excellent care to pets and pet parents in our community 💚

Feathered Friends Visit! 🦜

Wilson, is the handsome white cockatoo and Lexi is the beautiful, colorful Amazon parrot. They saw Dr. Himes recently saw these feathered friends for wing, beak and nail trims. 💚

Regular grooming isn't just about appearances—it helps birds stay comfortable, maintain proper mobility, and prevents overgrown beaks and nails from causing health issues. ✨

🖤Meet Pepper 🖤

This sweet, little girl is Pepper, and it's safe to say she know exactly how to steal hearts! From those soulful eyes to that adorable scruffy beard, and wagging tail Pepper had our team smiling from the moment she walked through the door 🥰

Pepper saw Dr. Ambert for her annual wellness exam, and she received her vaccines. She also was checked for heartworm and other tick borne illnesses. We are happy to report that she is absolutely pawfect 🐾💚

Meet Milo 🐾😍

He is the most darling 12 week old Bernedoodle, but he's a mini doodle! He is just 10lbs. He saw Dr. Ambert recently to recheck some itchy skin, and he won all of our hearts over and gave everyone kisses 💚🥰

Loofy got some extra love from the technicians at his most recent visit 🥰🐾

This fluffy, handsome guy received a vaccine booster and of course some churu when he stopped by. Loofy is a big 15 pound cat, and he was the best boy for us 💚

Get to know Jaimee in a minute or less 💕😺

Jaimee is a newer addition to our team. She came to us all the way from sunny California ☀️ She is a veterinary assistant, but she is finishing up her Penn Foster program to obtain her veterinary technician license. Jaimee is a hard worker, but also keeps the team laughing! 💚

She has a precious, tabby kitty named Patches. Outside of work, she loves to play pickleball and spend time with her boyfriend who is studying at Purdue to become a veterinarian 🏓🩺

The successful story of Clover 💕

Clover presented to us on urgent care after experiencing some vomiting. Her physical exam revealed she was dehydrated and her bloodwork revealed an electrolyte imbalance. We hospitalized her on IV fluids, anti-nasuea medication and potassium supplementation. She initially improved with this treatment plan, but our team noticed she had taken a step backwards, so radiographs were performed. Her x-rays revealed a foreign body, and she was taken to surgery. Silly girl had eaten a corn cob 🌽

Surgery was successful, and she was eating like a champ after surgery. She came in recently to recheck her surgical incision, and she has been released to normal activity. This little lady stole all of our hearts, so give her some love 💚

Millie saws "Paws up" 🐾

This perfect girl is Millie, and she came in for a recheck with Dr. Ambert after being diagnosed with pancreatitis. She is absolutely the sweetest girl, and was showing off her tricks for some treats 💕💕

We love seeing Millie! She brings a smile to our face at every visit 💚

🥤The purr-fect size! 🥤
This tiny kitten has us wondering... is it a small kitten or a really big cup? 😍
A good samaritan found this little boy and brought him in for an overall checkup, and he fit perfectly in this cup and brought a smile to all our faces 🥰
We have a feeling this little cutie won't fit in that cup for much longer! 💚
