We wanted to share a quick update with our wonderful community regarding new client requests.
At this time, our focus is fully on caring for and supporting our current DaleyPawz families. Because of this, we are not currently onboarding new clients. We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to prioritize the pets already in our care.
We are actively working behind the scenes to grow our team so that we can welcome new families again in the very near future. In the meantime, our commitment remains the same: providing consistent, loving, high-quality care to every pet we’re lucky enough to look after.
We’re so grateful to be part of such a kind and supportive community—thank you for being here with us and for trusting us with your pets.

Hi DaleyPawz Family,

We hope you, and your pets are doing well!

We wanted to share a quick update that our weekend schedule is currently fully blocked through the end of September.
In addition, our early morning and late-night time slots are temporarily blocked 7 days a week until further notice.

If you find that you need a weekend, early morning, or late-night visit during this time, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us through the Time To Pet client portal. While we’re not able to guarantee availability, we will always do our very best to accommodate requests based on our staffing and existing schedule.

A gentle reminder: the earlier you’re able to book, the better! Weekend and off-hour requests tend to fill up quickly, so reaching out as soon as you know your needs gives our team the best chance to help.

It’s also a great time to think about setting up a template for those of you who need walks on a weekly basis. This will guarantee your walks week to week and remove the need to manually book each visit. This is easily set up by our admin team—just reach out if you have any questions or would like help getting this arranged.

We truly appreciate your understanding, flexibility, and continued trust in us as we care for your pups. It means so much to our team.
