This sweet guy is looking for his furever home.
š¾ Meet Derpy! š¾
Derpy is a 9-month-old sweetheart with a big heart and an even bigger desire to belong. He has been in the shelter system since August, and despite that tough start, he has remained open, joyful, and incredibly eager to connect.
In just 17 days at 32 Paws, Derpy has already shown how much he wants to be part of everything and everyone. He doesnāt hang backāhe leans in, learns quickly, and genuinely enjoys being included in daily life.

ā¢ Knows sit, stay, leave it, and crate
ā¢ Plays independently with appropriate toys
ā¢ Settles well with structure and routine
ā¢ Is social, engaged, and thrives on positive interaction

Derpy can jump when heās excited. No aggression, no reactivityājust a young dog whose enthusiasm sometimes comes out through his paws. With consistency and continued guidance, this is very manageableāand heās already showing he wants to do the right thing.
š Post-Adoption Support Included:
Derpy comes with one month of in-home training support post-adoption if needed, to help ensure a smooth transition and set both him and his adopter up for success.
ā³ Important timeline:
Derpy will be returning to the shelter on January 12th unless he finds his person or a foster-to-adopt opportunity.
