K9 Search & Rescue Services of West Virginia Inc. is excited to raffle off a RuffLand Performance Kennel (Size Large, Double Door, Color: Mint) to help support our mission of serving our communities and assisting in the search for the lost and missing.

Tickets are just $20 each and Only 100 tickets will be sold! Once all 100 tickets have been purchased, we will hold the drawing LIVE on our page, so everyone can watch the winner be selected.

August 29th Pack Walk is at Civitan Park in Belpre 11am (1600 Blennerhassett Ave, Belpre, OH 45714). The Walk is $40 for the entire summer (we end in November). This walk is for non-aggressive dogs only. We will sign you up when you show that day. Yes if you have 2 dogs and good control you may bring them both for the $40. This walk will help with socialization of the world and help your dog focus on you with distractions of other dogs. We will have trainers on site to assist and help during the walk. Keep checking here for weather cancelations and each month we will have a new location. This year we will be donating all funds collected to the Waverly Activity Center.

Congratulations to our Graduating Intermediate Suburban K9 Class! These graduates all earned either the AKC Canine Good Citizens Award or AKC Canine Advanced Canine Good Citizen award. Each team learned how to effectively communicate with their dogs in high distractions and help them through nervous situations. Road Closing Alert
The downtown (free) Belpre bridge will be closed Saturday morning for the Parkersburg News and Sentinel Half Marathon road race beginning at approximately 7:30am until Parkersburg PD advises to open it. Traffic patterns in Parkersburg will be affected by the race.

Please plan your morning travels accordingly and allow yourself time for delays in travel.
