As many of you know, our books are very full and we are booked out several weeks. We currently only book appointments by text or facebook message because we cannot handle the amount of calls we recieve daily while cueing for the pet's in our salon. "Squeezing in" a dog or two becomes incredibly difficult during our busy season as well. Luckily, we are incredibly blessed to have another talented and caring groomer right down the road from us!!! I have personally worked with the owner, Brianna, and can attest to her skill and compassion!! If you are not able to get in with us, or just want to support another local business, reach out to Ohio Valley Paws & Claws to book your Grooming or Boarding appointment! We're so glad to have another local groomer in Reno who we can work with and share the love for our craft together. Hello all! We will be returning all messages this weekend. Our receptionist is on vacation and we are doing our best to get everyone looking pretty and respond to all existing clients while balancing taking on new clients and recommending some out. Please, please be patient with us!! The incoming messages will not be stopping, so PLEASE booking accordingly. We will be booked our several weeks and will not be able to accommodate last minute or same week appointments. Please plan ahead and book at pickup or several weeks out! Thank you 🐾💖

Our salon is currently experiencing an unusually high volume of new client requests, but we want to reassure the community that there are several trusted options available, even if our salon is not able to accommodate you at this time. In addition to ours, there are two other excellent local grooming salons accepting new clients that are ready to care for your pets with the same level of love and professionalism that we strive for. We’re fortunate to have a supportive grooming community, and together we hope to accommodate everyone who needs a new salon to call home!

Welcome! Yes, We ARE accepting new clients, but on a limited basis. We only have two groomers in our salon and a client list of hundreds of pets that are already existing clients. We would love to take you on as a client if we seem to be a good match for each other! If you'd like to inquire about a price or getting on our schedule, please expect messages to take a few days to respond to and expect a wait for an appointment to be anywhere from 2-4 weeks. Please also expect to answer a few questions so we can properly quote/schedule you! The questions are below in this post, and also in the comment section for ease of copy, paste & fill. A current picture of your pet also makes quoting prices much easier! Please inquire about appointments/prices through messenger or text 740-516-9874 as we are not able to answer calls while we are working on animals, for their safety and our own.
