When Dionne arrived in June, she was just 8 months old and overwhelmed by shelter life. She needed a quieter space to feel safe, so she went into foster care. Here she slowly learned to trust, play, and show her sweet personality!😻

Now 11 months old, Dionne is back at the shelter and truly ready for a forever home. She’s still a little cautious, but her desire to bond is strong—and if you’ve got a wand toy, she’s all in!

She’s a sleek black beauty with a tiny white patch and a huge heart. Come meet her and see how far love can go!🖤🏡

🐾 Pupdate: From Roadside to Ready for Forever 🐶✨

These four pups have come a long way! Found abandoned as newborns in the summer heat, sick and silent, they were rescued just in time and nurtured with round-the-clock care, formula, and love. Today, they’re feisty, talkative, playful, and fully vetted! They’re officially ready for adoption!🎉

Three boys and one girl, breed still a best guess (we’re thinking 100% purebred good boys/girl!), but their personalities are unmistakable! They’re bold, curious, and full of life—and each one is looking for a family to grow up with.🏠

We can’t wait to see updates from their adopters as they blossom into the dogs they were always meant to be. If you’ve been following their journey, now’s your chance to be part of their future!!!

Shoutout to Eloise! The sweetest 10-year-old with a heart of gold! 💛🐾
As the New York Sweetheart of the Miss American Coed Pageant System, Eloise used her platform to spread kindness in the coziest way possible—by handmaking and donating blankets for the animals in our care!

Her generosity brought warmth (literally!) to pets still waiting for their forever homes, and reminded us that compassion doesn’t have an age limit.
Thank you, Eloise, for being a true shelter superstar. We’re so lucky to have you in our corner! 🐶🧺
