🐾 POV: You came to a winery and accidentally met your new best friend!

Pudge is spending the afternoon at today’s Classic Car Cruise In and he has already been making himself right at home.

On the way here, he tried his very best to eat the rain out of the car window 🌧️ and was a very good sport about being picked up for the winery’s photo cutout which ended up being the perfect place for a little photo session. 😂

Now he’s here waiting to meet you! And the best part? Pudge is FREE to adopt. ❤️

At 10 years old, this handsome guy deserves to spend his golden years with someone who will love him for exactly who he is.

These faces just became a little less familiar around here because they found homes of their own! To every family who adopted one of them, thank you for making room in your home, for giving an animal the chance to become part of your everyday life and for giving us a chance to say goodbye to them.

To everyone who continues to support the animals who are still waiting, you are part of these happy endings too! Every adoption makes room for another animal who needs us. So while we’re celebrating the ones who left this week we’re already looking forward to the next round of happy hellos. 🐶🐱

If you’re able to add a bag of litter for them to your next shopping trip we’d be very grateful. You can also have it sent straight to the shelter through our Amazon Wishlist, which means you can help our kitties without even leaving the couch! 🛋️

It may not be the most exciting item on the shopping list, but to our cats it’s a pretty big deal.

Our next Low-Cost Vaccine Clinic is being hosted tomorrow, August 28th, at the Main Shelter from 10:00am until 3:00pm!

💉 Services include vaccines, microchipping, flea preventatives and more, all at affordable rates to keep your pets safe and healthy.

✅ You do not need to schedule an appointment to visit the clinic, but you can pre-register for a speedy check-in through the link on our Veterinary Services page:

Every dog has their day, and today we want to celebrate 11 of our sweetest faces! Happy national dog day from us and our 11 best friends! 🎉❤️
In honor of the special occasion we want to highlight some of the best dogs you’ve ever met. (We may be biased. 😉) Right now we have a smaller herd of dogs than usual, as we are working on improving our dog kennels per Agri-market’s new requirements. Many of the dogs pictured are long term residents or familiar faces to us. The longest resident(s) being at the shelter with us since February. We love our dogs and all of their quirks- and know that there’s a wonderful home out there for all of them. If any of our dogs catch your eye, you can fill out an application on our website or stop in and say hello 👋!
