International award-winning pet photography studio and art space based in Washougal, WA, proudly serving Oregon and Washington. From the time I was a little girl, I loved animals and knew I needed to work with them. I absolutely adore being around pets of all kind they are absolutely my most favorite subject to photograph. Every pet is unique and has a special bond with its owner that deserves to

be preserved and remembered. Together, we will create beautiful memories to honor your furry friend and have a wonderful time during the process!

The mini sessions I have lined up for the remainder of the year are Fundraiser Minis...

But what does that mean?

It means that 50% of each of those sessions will be donated to the rescue organization of your choice!

They are a great way for you to not only get some great memories with your best friend, but they are a positive way for your efforts to help an organization dear to your heart. :)

I have donated session fees not only to dog rescues, but many other kinds of rescues as well! Bunnies, Bears, Wolves, Whales... there is no limit to where your session funds may go to benefit. It's just 1 small way I can extend my services to help create more good in the world and together we not only will create beautiful memories for you but put our efforts towards benefitting the things we love and care about ❤

My submission for the Trekell Pet Portrait Art Contest.

We don't get to choose the canvas, they have a different one each year with an unusual shape. The canvas they had us work on had these circle notches cut out of the corners which put the idea of a ball pit into my head and I wanted to have a border collie emerging happily from it. 😂

Not sure how it will work out in the competition but it was a fun process for me and now I get this cute little guy winking at me from my wall 🥰

Competition ends on Monday, fingers crossed!

A few favorites of my session earlier this year with Shona and her mama! I have captured her and her two labs over the years, but this girl was our first focus - Shona. She still loves playing with her ball, especially when her little sister is not around to take it from her! 😂

Of all the sessions I capture, I think the Forever & Always have to be some of my most favorite. A special time for you and your best friend to just enjoy being together, off leash in a beautiful safe and enclosed field area, doing all the things they like best, whether thats catching a ball, getting a belly rub or completely ignoring everyone and focusing entirely on finding that dang bunny who just ran by!

Time goes by too fast in this world. All of the best moments we have often times must be planned in advance - weddings, graduations, birthdays, vacations... be sure to remember to schedule time with the being who loves you more than life itself to give them a spoiling they deserve that will send them home happy and nappy. 😴🥰

If you have not yet been to Mutts Coffee in Beaverton, do yourself (and your fuzzy butt) a favor and go check them out! They are an amazing little community coffee shop entirely focused on helping dogs and they even have items on their menu for your best fuzzy friend too!!

Go, take your pup, check them out, drink coffee and help some dogs! 🥰❤🙏☺

Sunlight will always be my favorite backlight.

This is Rosie. I'm working on her Forever & Always Session as well as several other sunflower sessions from this last weekend at the Wooden Shoe, but just had to break for a moment and share this one image simply because I love it. The end. ☺

Meet Nutella. 🤎

Mostly American Pit Bull and Shar Pei. She has the most perfect tiny taco chip ears that sit right on the top of her head. Round amber eyes and a short snout with one wrinkle on it. She also has a white blaze on the front of her chest that is one of her favorite places to be scratched. When her neck is scratched she leans her head to the side.

As her person puts it "Nutella is my first dog. My ride or die adventure buddy. She’s also the dog who was by my side as I finished college, while I went through career changes, inspired me to become a dog trainer, and for the beginning of my adult life. She’s always down for anything, either midnight snack runs or running around at new parks and trails. She’s goofy, loveable, forgiving, and my best friend."

These Forever & Always Sessions are so incredibly meaningful and wonderful experiences for all involved. They are special, focused time with your best friend, highlighting the unique and loving bond you both share, capturing all the most special elements of your best friend and making memories that will last a lifetime. Easily some of the most meaningful and special photos I will ever capture and ones that will be cherished long after.
