⛔️ Pretty graphic pictures ⛔️

Meet Miss Pinky. She got attacked by a stray dog and spent some time at being treated for multiple contusions and severe wounds. She is continuing to get stronger and is finally back to her spunky self. We are going to miss Miss Pinky and wish her continued prayers on her recovery.

bladder stones in a male dog

Bladder stones in male dogs are something we see more often than people realize—and they can become serious quickly if not caught early.

These stones form in the bladder and can cause symptoms like frequent urination, straining, blood in the urine, or even accidents in the house. In male dogs especially, there’s a higher risk of a urinary blockage, which is a true emergency.

If your dog is trying to urinate and little to nothing is coming out, don’t wait—that’s your sign to get to the vet ASAP.

The good news? With early detection, bladder stones can often be treated with diet, medication, or sometimes surgery depending on the type and severity.

As always, trust your gut—you know your dog best. If something feels off, it’s worth getting checked. 🐾
