Just a heads up to all our clients

Sandy will be on vacation from July 3rd to July 13th.
This means our receptionist desk will not have someone answering phones all the time so it's very important to LEAVE A MESSAGE so I can return calls inbetween grooms and after my shift!!!

We are looking for a part time Bather 🐾❤️🐾

Needed for

🐾 Mondays 8 to 4
🐾 Wednesday 8 to 4
🐾 Friday 8 to 4
🐾 Every other Saturday (8 to finish)

🐕Animal handling experience is required. Must be able to control and handle large breed dogs.

Duties will include but not limited too

🐾 Helping check in and check out clients

🐾 Washing, drying, brushing, minor trimming, ear cleaning, tooth brushing and nail trimming on dogs.

🐾 shop up keep with cage cleaning, laundry, etc

As we continue to grow and get busier, here are some friendly reminders...

🐾 Its best to make your next appointment before leaving

🐾 All grooms take a minimum of 2 to 4 hours per dog.

🐾 We close shop daily from 12 to 1 for staff to take a break or eat lunch if they desire.

🐾 We do not have appointment times. Your appointment is for the day. We have drop off times to space out clients and try to have smooth working flow.

🐾 We only have 1 receptionist and over 900 clients, so please be patient with Sandy. Its important to leave messages so she can return your call.

🐾 Please be clear with what type of grooming you are needing so you can be scheduled with the correct groomer/bather

🐾 Sat appointments are very limited and will be every other Sat starting in August

🐾 The best way to schedule is through the front desk. I'm not online through the day (I'm grooming🤗) Sandy knows the schedule the best!!! 309) 271-3446

Our shop has cameras throughout to protect both employees and our furry clients.

I have a TV in my grooming room that displays all cameras to help monitor the shops activity.

I absolutely LOVE when I catch moments like this!!!

As we were sad to say good bye to Ellise yesterday, we are excited to announce that Starr will be joining the Bark & Brush team!!!!

Starr is definitely no stranger to the grooming industry!! Shes been pampering pets since 2008!!!🐾❤️🐾

🐾She has a passion to work with pets and loves building relationships with her clients and their owners!!!

🐾She focuses on positive experiences so every pet is excited for spa day!!

🐾Starr will be in the shop Tuesdsys thru Friday and every other Saturday.
She currently is at a weight limit of 25 pounds, but may make exceptions for individuals based on dogs personality and behavior.

🐾Booking is now available so please call Sandy at 309) 271-3446.

Be sure to give Starr a very warm welcoming when you see her on June 23!!! Shes excited to be back in the business and part of our amazing grooming family!!
