Kona’s life began with sadness — a pittie mix without a family or safe place to belong. 💔 Her days were uncertain, until adoption gave her the love she had been waiting for.

From that moment on, Kona filled her home with joy. She chased toys, curled into naps, and made every person who walked through the door feel special. 🐾

A year later, her family adopted another puppy, Mako. Kona proudly became his big sister, guiding him with patience while still showering everyone with love. Together, they even helped foster other pups, always making them feel safe.

When Kona turned 7, her family threw her a birthday party with friends, cake, and cuddles — proof of just how loved she truly is. ❤️

But behind that quirky look is a story of heartbreak. Found wandering the streets alone, he was taken in by the shelter — yet even here, love has slipped through his paws.

Applications come. Hope rises. Then, one by one, each home disappears, leaving him waiting in the kennel once more. His tail still wags, but his eyes are growing tired.

All he wants is someone to see past the difference, to notice the gentle soul who just wants to belong. Until then, Aardvark waits — lonely, overlooked, and still dreaming. 💔
