BAXTER
You may remember Baxter from when he was surrendered with a torn up face. That healed and then he had neuter complications that almost took him out but he is tough and pulled through that too.
Now Big Mr B is ready to find a home. He’s been through a lottttttt and deserves a good forever.
He is about 6 years old. He is good with all people, including kids. He has had absolutely no issues being handled through all his veterinary care, including being in the ER for 3 days, he needed to get healthy. He has also acclimated well to cats but he does need to be the only dog in the home. He’s been through a lot of trauma with other dogs and while we have been able to fix the reactivity, hes totally fine in passing and sharing space on leash, I would not feel comfortable placing him in a home with another dog.
He is a goofy dog, a chase a butterfly around for the day kinda guy. Big ol bull in a china shop. Wrecking ball vibes. If you like peace and quiet, I’d say this isnt the dog for you. But if you’re looking to spice up your life with a little fun chaos, he could be it 😂
He knows basic obedience, is crate trained and house trained. Decent on leash and has a good recall off leash. He’s UTD and neutered.
