Your pet can’t tell you where it hurts, but we have ways of finding out.

Just like Dr. Troy shows here, when we palpate (press on) a painful muscle, the reaction is immediate and tells us exactly where to focus. We always perform these pain exams with you in the room, so you can see what we’re seeing and even learn how to check for pain at home.

From there, we build a treatment plan around your pet’s specific needs, using therapies like lasers, acupuncture, massage, and more.

Fun fact: Dr. Troy is one of fewer than 150 Certified Veterinary Pain Practitioners in the entire world. Your pet is in seriously good hands 🙌

Ever wonder why we take your pet to the back for certain procedures?

We know it can feel a little weird handing your pet off, but there’s a good reason for it. Back there we have more space, better equipment, and extra helping hands to get things done safely and efficiently. And for something like an a**l gland expression, trust us, you don’t want a front row seat.

Your pet is in good hands, promise!
