The past two weeks of summer camp brought all the sunshine, sweat, and smiles that come with summer on the farm ☀️🐴

From caring for ponies and chasing goats 🐐 to collecting eggs and splashing in the creek, these kids dove headfirst into farm life.

Along the way, they built confidence, responsibility, patience, and teamwork. All life skills that go far beyond the barn.

We’re so thankful to the families who shared their kids with us. It’s a joy to be a small part of their summer story 💛

One of the greatest joys of summer is watching this place come alive with the laughter, learning, and growth of these amazing kids. Our summer camp isn’t just about horses and farm chores… it’s about building confidence, teaching responsibility, creating friendships, and giving kids a space to just be.

The impact these weeks have on our campers and the way it helps cultivate strong, grounded young people is something truly special. So grateful to be a small part of their journey 🥰

Week 2 of Summer Camp is a Wrap! ☀️🐴
It was a hot one at HuckleBug Farm, but that didn’t slow us down! We kept the kids, horses, and farm animals cool with popsicles, water fun, and plenty of shade breaks.

The campers dove into learning lead lining through obstacles and groundwork with our horses on the hottest days, got creative with fun crafts, and played all kinds of barn games. We ended the week on a high note with a beautiful and peaceful trail ride through the farm.

We loved seeing the smiles, the friendships, and the growth that happened this week. Here’s a glimpse into all the joy that filled our farm over the past few days 💛
