Saying good-bye is the hardest part of this job. Some dogs just steal your heart and Sophie was one of them. She was a real low rider, a big shedder, but the sweetest dog you'd ever want to meet. By now, everyone has heard of the horrific fire claiming over 100 cats and Chris, at Happy Cat Sanctuary. Our hearts are broken beyond belief. There are wonderful, selfless people working around the clock to rescue the remaining cats. Many are badly burned and of course, all are terrified. Please support them with anything you can. We miss Zack and Zoey so much. Their wonderful Mom, whom I considered a good friend and had been grooming her dogs since 2008, passed away suddenly in July and we haven't seen the dogs since. This is such a huge loss, missing all of them every day.
