We are so excited to share that Polaris K9's Rigel is officially certified and the newest K9 at Laurel Police Department in Maryland! Darwin has put in a tremendous amount of work with Rigel and together these two make a great team.

ADVANCED DECOY COURSE
August 20-22, 2024 at Patriot Point in Madison, Maryland

Training decoys to be better trainers in the suit through advanced techniques and scenarios. This course will focus on timing, problem solving with the dogs on the bite, pressure, building confidence in dogs on the bite, K9 development at all levels, and much, much more.
**This course is not an entry level decoy course. Students must have experience decoying.**

🚨TEXAS K9 HANDLERS🚨 Upcoming Scenario-Based Training Course in San Antonio, Texas

Join Polaris K9 and the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office for our Scenario-Based Handlers Course. From February 19-21, 2024 we will be hosting a real-world training intensive, including low-profile decoying, tactical team integration, advanced problem solving, and more.

All teams will receive 24 TCOLE hours.
$400 per working team.

Grateful for Hondo Veterinary Hospital for donating Emergency First Aid Kits for their local K9s! K9 Toro even came by to say thank you himself. Grateful to have these teams taking care of their community 💪🏻

The Medina County Sheriff's Office, Sheriff Randy Brown, Lt. Cathy Gonzalez and the K9 Deputies (Sgt. Delgado, Deputy Mike, and Deputy Thomas) would like to thank the Hondo Veterinary Hospital for the generous donation of Emergency First Aid Packs to our K9s. This year, the Polaris K9 team is hiking again to honor the legacy of Spike, the namesake of Spike's K9 Fund. This organization has helped thousands of active and retired working dogs across the country, including our family personally.
From providing Boris with life-saving gear while he was Jess's partner, to also helping with emergency veterinary bills with Riza and Boris in retirement, they have made it possible for our family to stay happy and healthy in active duty and retirement.
