Pretty Bi***es — Updated Policies
A Quick Update for Our Grooming Clients ❤️
We’re making a couple of small policy updates to help keep our salon clean, safe, and running smoothly for everyone.
🐾 Flea Policy
If multiple fleas are found on your dog during their grooming appointment, a $5 minimum flea treatment fee per dog will be added to your grooming bill.
This helps cover the additional time and supplies needed to treat and disinfect the salon and equipment after a flea exposure. Please check your pets regularly and keep them current on flea prevention whenever possible.
📅 No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
Starting immediately, appointments that are no-shows or are not cancelled within our 12-hour reminder window will be subject to a minimum $10 cancellation fee per dog.
We completely understand that emergencies happen, and genuine emergencies will always be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Why is this necessary? When an appointment is missed or cancelled at the last minute, that time usually cannot be filled with another client. This affects our schedule, our income, and our ability to provide appointments to other clients who are waiting.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies help us keep our business running smoothly and continue providing the best care possible for your pups. ❤️🐾
