Pet Pride of New York Pet Pride is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization which operates a no-kill sanctuary for homeless and abandoned cats and kittens.

Once a cat is admitted to Pet Pride, they stay with us for as long as it takes to find a loving adoptive home.

LIAM loves people. His two favorite activities are getting petted and following humans around to see what they’re doing. In fact, his gentle but watchful supervision over our volunteers as they make their rounds suggests he’s “Boss of the Year” material. LIAM is all about showing quiet confidence in his employees and creating work-life balance, which includes hourly snuggle breaks during the workday. This older boy has it all and will make his lucky adopter a truly wonderful manager and companion.

If you ask a mineralogist what the softest material in the world is, you’ll hear “talc.” If you ask absolutely anybody else, you’ll hear “SERENA’s fur.” And while this gorgeous tortoiseshell doesn’t like to brag, the fact is that she owns 99.9% of all softness testers. “How many mineralogists can there be?” SERENA points out with a purr and slight upturn of her mouth. Luckily for her fans, this sweet 5-year-old gal provides extended petting opportunities throughout the day.
