This lovely mare has had a brilliant start in dressage, hunter/jumpers and even did RRP in 2018! With her lovely shoulder reach she is a wonderful candidate for the dressage ring but would be equally happy to be your trail partner or cruise around courses.
We began our work with her the beginning of the year but shortly after, she was assigned the very important role of babysitter to a very worried horse who needed a friend. Thank goodness she was here for him, but she sat idle for several months while keeping him company and is just getting back into her groove under saddle.
While she’s progressing leaps and bounds every day, she’s a bit inconsistent in the contact as she remembers how to come through her body. She is a sweet, thoughtful lady who needs a patient partner to guide her. Olive is the type of mare that will walk through fire for her person, and we are on the search for someone worthy of her.
Good for the vet and farrier, hauls, clips. Hacks alone or in company. Can live inside or outside, wonderful in a group.
