🌊 Our VET 2027 Meet the Team series continues with Deborah Nace! 🌊
A familiar face in the horse show office, Deborah is one of our Horse Show Office Secretaries, helping keep the show running smoothly and assisting exhibitors with all the many details that happen behind the scenes.
Deborah has been part of the horse industry her whole life, so her connection to horses runs deep. Today, we’re lucky to have Deborah bringing that experience, knowledge, and love of horses to the Fox Lea Family! 💙🐴

Q: If you could ride any horse 🐴, past or present, who would you choose?
A: “I love a good equitation horse!”
Q: What is your Starbuck’s ☕️order?
A: “I don’t drink Starbucks or any coffee either, I do like Fraser Tea.”
Q: What would your theme song🎶 be?
A: “‘It’s oh so quiet’ Bjork, there are so many though.”
Q: If you could go on a vacation 🌎right now, where would you go?
A: “Europe and the Mediterranean for at least 2 months.”
Q: Pineapple on pizza 🍕🍍yes or no?
A: “Why not, no judgement here, follow your heart.”
Q: Do you have any hobbies🧶🛼?
A: “Walking the dogs.”
Q: What is one food 🍟🌮you could eat every day and never get tired of it?
A: “Pasta, but real Italian recipes, not American versions.”

A: “Blue.”
Q: Do you have any pets🐶🐱?
A: “We have the funny farm, jk, not really, we are downsizing, Eli, Giselle, Posey, Zuko, Sunny(ponies/horses) barn 🐈⬛, Hello and Ophelia (house cats) Lulu and Coco dogs.”
Q: How long have you been in the horse 🐴 industry?
A: “My whole life, my mom rode with Pam Baker and Christina Schlusemeyer.”
Q: Are you a small town🏡 or big city 🏢 person?
A: “Both, and I think everyone needs to live in both just once.”
Q: Favorite book 📚and/or movie 🎬?
A: “The Holiday or Breakfast at Tiffanys. So many books I can’t narrow it down. Currently reading Prisoners of Geography.”
