Our 2026 winter trip has come to an end, and it was a great one. Several young dogs picked up their first master passes, one new master hunter (Punch 👊 going 6/6, owned by Mill Pond Retrievers 💪), and our up and coming young dog crew made huge progress.
Whether you travel south in the winter or north in the summer, any retriever person will tell you that there is a lot that goes into this trip. None of this would be possible without my incredible wife, and my two wonderful daughters. And it certainly wouldn't be possible without the incredible folks in this sport that allow us to train on their grounds, and treat us like family. Terry Price and Angela gave us and our dogs a place to call home once again, and we cannot thank them enough. You know Oakridge Kennels is a special place when you just got back to Maine and already miss your family in the south.
Most importantly - we thank our clients for their unwavering support and trust. Big things coming for team WWR this year 🤘
