Are you a people person who loves pets—and has at least 3 years of veterinary reception experience? We're looking for a Client Relations Specialist to join our team!
🌟 Position Highlights:
✔️ Serve as the first point of contact for clients and their pets
✔️ Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle payments
✔️ Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth workflow
✔️ Maintain a welcoming and calm environment—especially during busy times
🛑 Required:
👉 Minimum 3 years of experience in a veterinary reception role
👉 Strong communication & multitasking skills
👉 Compassion for pets and their humans

🎉Exciting News! New Ownership at Bayside Veterinary Hospital🎉
We are thrilled to announce that Bayside Veterinary Hospital is under new ownership and management! As long-time owners of American Canyon Veterinary Hospital for the past 14 years, we’re excited to expand our care and services to this second location. While we turn this exciting new chapter, we’re working on many improvements to the facility by expanding our medical offerings and we remain committed to providing the same excellent service with high-quality veterinary care that you’ve come to know and trust from Dr. Christiansen 👩🏻‍⚕️and her amazing staff. Some familiar faces have even returned in support of this transition, Barbra and Racene are looking forward to greeting you at your next visit ❤️
Dr. Singh brings fresh ideas and a renewed passion for innovation, our goal is to continue to grow, improve, and better serve our wonderful community and customers.
