My Dear Clients,
As the practice has grown over the last decade, I have found it increasingly difficult to keep up with the number of texts and phone calls I receive in a day asking for records or appointments. In an effort to be as responsive as possible for you, I am so pleased to welcome a new face to Balanced Care Equine: our new administrative assistant, Ashley Serrano. She is available by phone, text, and email from 9 am to 12 pm M-F. All administrative and appointment requests outside these hours will be returned the next business day. Please join me in giving Ashley a warm welcome to our team!
