Today we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their courage and selflessness gave us the freedoms we enjoy every single day. ❤️🤍💙

As we spend time with family, friends, and our four-legged critters this weekend, let’s remember the true meaning behind Memorial Day. We are forever grateful to those who served and to the families who continue to carry their legacy.

At GGR, it has never just been about horses or riding lessons. It’s about creating a place where people feel safe, welcomed, loved, and accepted exactly as they are. Knowing that we’ve been able to provide that kind of environment means more than words can explain.

Thank you for your kind words and for trusting us with L during his time here. The memories, laughter, and connections made at the ranch are something we will always cherish. No matter where life takes our riders, they will always be part of the GGR family. ❤️

Do you think it’s time we change our name with all these small critters we’ve got around here? 🐰🤍

We wanted to formally introduce everyone to Rhonda the Rabbit! Rhonda is a New Zealand rabbit and already fitting right in here at GGR.

Fun facts about New Zealand rabbits ⬇️
🐇 They’re known for their calm and friendly personalities
🐇 Despite the name, they were actually developed in the United States
🐇 They can grow to be fairly large rabbits, making them extra cuddly
🐇 New Zealand rabbits are very intelligent and can even learn routines and recognize their people!

Rhonda has already bonded with Josey and was giving her lots of bunny licks! Rabbits lick people as a sign of affection and trust, kind of like how they groom other rabbits they love. 🥹🤍

We can’t wait for Rhonda to start joining us at petting zoos, events, and meet and greets. Be sure to say hi if you see her hopping around with the crew! 🐾

What a busy weekend it was for GGR! 🐴💕

Started off with a wedding visit with Winnie! Then bright and early Saturday morning, Miranda and Josey loaded up Karl and headed to the Cedar Hill Animal Swap to give pony rides. It was such a beautiful day, and we loved getting to meet so many new faces!

That’s not all… GGR has a new addition! 🐰 Everyone meet Rhonda the Rabbit! She’ll now be part of our petting zoo crew and we couldn’t be more excited to have her.

A huge thank you to Jessica and the girls for helping out on Friday, and an even bigger thank you to all of our amazing followers and supporters. None of this would be possible without you all supporting our little ranch dream.
