Abused pup needs help to find a loving home! Rescued by someone with good intentions who has had to move, and while there, due to another dog not getting along with him, he has spent most of his time sequestered to a bathroom when not outside. He is being fostered, has been neutered and he is being kept in a pen or on a chain because he can jump their fence. He is a sweet boy and needs a place he can be loved his name is MUTLEY and is a German shepherd mix about 3 years old.
