Thank you, Animal Rescue Foundation of Tulsa, for the kind words and for being such a great partner in helping Oklahoma’s homeless pets.
Animal rescue can be challenging, and there are never enough resources, fosters, volunteers, or funding to meet the overwhelming need. That is why partnerships like this matter so much. When rescues choose to work together instead of competing, more animals get the help they desperately need.
We are incredibly grateful to ARF for stepping up to help us get our transport vehicle back on the road. Those transports are often the difference between a dog spending months in an overcrowded shelter and finding a loving family within days. Every transport creates space for more animals to be saved and gives countless dogs a second chance at life. We are excited to get back on the road and help even more animals reach their forever homes.
At OPCS, we firmly believe that rescue is bigger than any one organization. Whether it’s sharing resources, supporting one another during difficult times, pulling together for medical cases, or celebrating each other’s successes, we are all working toward the same goal: saving lives.
Thank you, ARF, for your partnership, your support, and your commitment to the animals of Oklahoma.
We are proud to stand beside organizations that understand that when rescues work together, animals win.
🐾 It Takes a Village 🐾
At Animal Rescue Foundation of Tulsa, we know that saving lives isn't something any one rescue can do alone. It takes a community of dedicated animal advocates working together toward the same goal.
Recently, ARF and Oklahoma Pet Collective Society (OPCS) joined forces to help ensure more adoptable pets have a chance at a brighter future. When the OPCS transport vehicle needed repairs, both organizations worked together to get it back on the road.
Helping OPCS get back on the road means more high risk animals are taken out of overcrowded Oklahoma animal shelters and transferred to rescue partners throughout the US. Since the animals are already vetted, they are typically immediately available for adoption at the new locations and many are adopted quickly after arrival.
This collaboration is a perfect example of what rescue should be about. While resources can sometimes be limited, our shared mission is not. By supporting one another, sharing resources, and working as a team, we can help more animals than any organization could alone.
Rescue is not a competition. It's a partnership.
Every dog that finds a loving home, every animal that gets a second chance, and every life saved is a victory for our entire community. When rescues work together, animals win.
Thank you to Oklahoma Pet Collective Society for being a valued partner in animal welfare and for helping make these life-changing transports possible.
