Have you heard of Snapshot NY?

It’s a community science program through the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) that allows people to upload trail camera photos to help track wildlife populations, trends, and distribution across New York. Pretty cool, right?

Even cooler—Dr. LaMora is officially part of the program!

Every couple of weeks (or maybe more frequently than that, depending on the visitors she gets!), we’ll be sharing a shot from her trail camera.
