Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before you agree to dog waste removal services from Lulu's DooDoo Crew. Lulu's DooDoo Crew is an independently owned and operated business (“us,” “we” or “our”) that provides pet-waste removal services to residences, businesses and commercial properties, you agree to the following terms of service (“Terms”) that govern the sal
es and services provided by us (“Services”). By accepting the Services, you hire us for, you are bound to these Terms. Yard Access - If Lulu's DooDoo Crew can’t access the area needing cleaning due to locked gates or dogs in the yard; the scoop will be skipped and charges will still apply. Lulu's DooDoo Crew suggests adding gate combinations or lock keys to your file to avoid locked gates. If the customer requests we come back, a $5 driving fee will be added to the customer’s bill. Weather - Lulu's DooDoo Crew will work through the rain and cold as long as we can safely do so. Understand that we cannot always work through severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme high or low temperatures, flooding or an accumulation of snow. We do not offer refunds for missed scooping days due to weather. In cases of weather, we may need to move your service for that week to another day and then resume services the following week on the regular scheduled day. Additionally, we do not want to tear up your yard in any way. If it is really muddy, we may skip your yard and wait until the next scheduled visit when things have dried out. Billing - Lulu's DooDoo Crew bills monthly for our service. Your account will be charged on the 1st of the month for service. If your card is declined, we will discontinue service immediately until the issue has been resolved. If more than 30 days have passed since your last clean up, an initial clean up fee will be applied. We will only pause service for periods of 30 days. If service does not resume after the 30-day period you will be removed from the schedule. One-Time scoops & Initial scoops will be billed after the service has been completed. If payment becomes more that 30 days late Lulu's DooDoo Crew will turn your account over to collections. Privacy - We may collect personal information from you on our Sites or through any other digital or personal communication with you. Information collected by us is voluntarily provided by you and may include information such as your name, email address, phone number, and physical address. Our Sites may collect general information about the service you are requesting such as the type of property and area needing service, the type and number of pets you have, and general information about your pet’s behavior. We collect information about you in order to provide you with our services. We use personal information about our users for a variety of purposes related to our business only.
