Ever wanted a hiking buddy, coffee date companion, or beach day bestie for the day? 🐾

Our Snout ‘n About Field Trip Program gives shelter dogs the chance to get out and explore Northern Michigan with our volunteers! From scenic trails to downtown strolls and lakeside adventures, these outings help provide enrichment, exercise, and extra visibility to help dogs find forever homes faster.

Once you’re signed up as a volunteer, you can take eligible shelter dogs out on their very own Snout ‘n About adventure! And yes — we LOVE getting your photos afterward so we can share all the fun on social media. 📸❤️
