Brew was being extra silly and playful this morning. In fact, this was while we were sweeping and she kept trying to grab the broom. 😆

Clove was waiting for us to put a cozy blanket in this cubby. It’s a favorite nap spot for the cats. Guess she thought we were taking too long? 😄

It’s so cute when the cats buddy up. Halo and Chicklets often snuggle together. Although, it looks like we woke Halo up. Whoops! 😄

Christmas is just a little over two weeks away. Be sure to make a note of our holiday hours. We will be closed from Christmas Day to New Year’s Day and reopen on January 2nd. Our awesome volunteers will be caring for the cats so our staff can have a holiday break.

We also have some special hours to be mindful of. This Saturday we will not be showing cats but the shop will be open. Then on Christmas Eve Day we will open late at 1 pm. Be sure to get your shopping done ahead of time! 🙂

We are honored that the family of Kathy Duncan have chosen CAT along with Ballet Midwest to receive donations for her memorial. If you have a chance stop by West Ridge Mall to see this wonderful holiday display put together in her memory.

Our volunteers stocked up our stockings and a wonderful donor gave us gift cards to put in them so this batch will be $25 each.

It’s Celebrate Shelter Pets Day! We’d like to celebrate all the people who make it possible to care for our wonderful shelter cats. We couldn’t do it without our staff, the volunteers, and you, our wonderful supporters. Thank you!

Sound up! We’ve been putting out more cuddle beds now that it’s colder, and Crissy liked hers so much she started purring. Loudly! 🥰
