Morning all- the sun is shining and the creek is back where it belongs. I'm going to call an all clear for us at this time.

I have my own home insurance people to deal with today, so I will be in and out of park office sporadically. All payments will be processed by end of day.

For those asking, the view out our back gate. Now get to higher ground! We have our trailer pulled to the top of the hill to continue to monitor and will update as we can.

UPDATE: Severe weather, warning and flooding

If you are in a low lying area, please consider evacuation to higher ground. The Tonto Basin elementary school has opened the gymnasium as a shelter.

Please do not drive through flooded wash areas, we have already had one water rescue (patient and crews are safe).

As everyone is aware, we’ve had several inches of rain in Tano basin and surrounding areas there’s flooding north of us and it is heading through the creeks this way. We are working with the office of emergency management as they are preparing to open the EOC. If you’re able to get to high ground, it is recommended at this time.

Heads up! A Tornado Watch has been issued for portions of Arizona and New Mexico until 8 PM MST / 9 PM MDT today (Thursday, 10/22/26). Be careful out there!

There is significant damage to trailers due to the hail storm. I will be reaching out to out of towners ASAP, thank you to the crew out doing temporary patches!
