Hello, everyone. We first want to thank you and let you know that we greatly appreciate you taking the time to visit and/or follow this page and for your kind comments regarding the amazing animals we have the honor of meeting and helping. Your support and kindness truly mean the world to us. 🤍

Secondly, we want to apologize on behalf of Facebook/Meta. We recently became aware that Facebook/Meta is automatically messaging/spamming new followers with the following message: “Hello (name), thanks for following us. Anything we can help with?”

This message was not generated by us and despite numerous attempts to turn off all AI capabilities/settings that we have access to, that message is still being sent out to new followers. Multiple pages are experiencing the same issue and at this time, there does not seem a way for pages to stop this message/spam from being sent out.

While we greatly welcome any questions you may have, please know that we would never want to spam you in any way and we would not send a message as cavalier as the one Facebook/Meta is sending to new followers, especially since they may be individuals having to think about making such a difficult and heartbreaking decision as euthanasia.

Again, we apologize, and we thank you so much for your time, understanding, and support. As we make our way into the upcoming holiday season, we greatly wish you and your family blessings, peace, and comfort.
