My name is Ashley. I have one goal and one goal only. It will take time.

I have spent the majority of my life helping people gain control and respect with their pets. When you buy or adopt a dog you are looking to add a life long friend and family member to your home. This can be hard when you are faced with behavior issues. Turning your wild child into an honors student. I focus on everyday issues. Pulling on the leash, Coming when called, Taking things they shouldn’t

be. Jumping on people and so on. It doesn’t come easy. But the more work outside of lessons you are willing to put in. The more rewards you will see. It’s just as much about teaching your dog how to behave and what is expected. As it is teaching you how to work with you dog to get the best out of him or her. All Ages and All Sizes are welcome. No dog is to old, to young, or to big or small to learn. I offer a variety of classes. I will also take on aggressive dogs but on a case by case basis. Private Lessons: One on One with you and your pup. Semi Private Lessons: I work with you and one other family. This option can be great for friends who want to take class together. Group Lessons: A group of 3 to 8 families working together. Your dogs get to socialize with new people and dogs. As well as learning the basics like sit, down, and Heel. These are held every Saturday morning. With more classes being added as needed. All dogs joining a group class must take 1 private lesson first to make sure they will be comfortable in a group setting. This is not only for their safety and yours. But also for the others in the class. I also offer a 2 week boarding boot camp. Your pup will come stay with me in my house with mypack. They work for 2 weeks on basic obedience and social skill. I take them to dog friendly stores where they meet new people and animals. As well as learning to behave in public. On the last day I will bring them back to your house and you will have a private one on one lesson to go over everything we learned. I will also send updates while they are with me. All dogs taking classes of any kind must show proof of vaccines.

Mr Duke is still looking for his forever home. His foster families other dog is sick. They love Duke but having both dogs right now is not fair to Duke. He recently came to stay with me while they went to a weddings. He’s great with other dogs. I have 5 so he was put through it being here. He loved it. He can be a little shy of new men. But in literally seconds this sweet boy is wanting to be in your lap. Help me find Duke and family to call his own.

Everyone Meet Duke

Duke is a very sweet boy who was found as a stray. He appears to be a boxer/staffy mix and is estimated to be about 1.5-2 years old. He is very smart, affectionate, and goofy. He loves attention, enjoys a nice comfy spot to lounge around in, and likes playing with his foster sister (although he is also content not playing/doing his own thing). He likes to chew on nylabones and will occasionally chase a ball. Duke is still working on the kinks on learning how to play. He is a medium energy dog who enjoys a walk and play session, but is pretty chill and content in a comfy spot most of the day. Duke likes to be included in whatever you’re doing and is always ready to jump in the car for a ride. So far, his dislikes seem to make for a short list: fireworks, sharing attention (not an issue though), and not being included in whatever’s going on.

Duke is good with other dogs and is being fostered with an older female dog. He has met a cat and did pretty well. A little interested. But nothing worrisome. He is very trainable and would probably do okay with a cat that’s used to dogs. It is unknown how he is with kids, but he is a sweet and tolerant guy so I dont see kids being an issue.

He is neutered, vaccinated, and has received a month of training. He knows sit, shake, down, stay, come, touch, and place. He is crate trained, house trained (no accidents), and is getting better every day on the leash. He learns very quickly! And loves training.

Duke can be a little shy at first, but he is a sucker for sweet talk and opens up pretty easily with affection and treats. He’s a very loyal dog and will make a great best friend for somebody!

Duke is up for adoption. We would prefer someone with a yard. But would be willing to consider and apartment. Other dogs in the home are alright as well as children and cats. Though he would need time to get use to all of them.

He’s had 1 month of training. But would also come with one free private training session.

Today was Little Ms Cleo’s second lesson. She got introduced to walking on the leash and after a mild tantrum when she couldn’t pull and had to walk with me and her mom. She was a perfect little lady. I even seen up a little obstacle course for mom and pup and they nailed it. Her favorite new trick was definitely learning to stand on the box. She understood what I wanted after only 2 tries and would go to the box to relax when she needed a moment. Definitely got an A++ today.

He really is a handsome boy. Atlas was very very good today.
