WELL, it is with a heavy heart I want to announce that we are officially closing QVF Equestrian LLC at Quiet Victory Farm. It has been a wonderful 17+ years and we’ve had many, many successes, made some great friends and connections through the years, and now it’s time for Doug and I to finally realize our dream of moving to Florida! There’s a poem that states, “people come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime,” and that has been so true!
I want to first thank my wonderful husband for being by my side, helping me through thick and thin while I ran the business, supporting me in so many ways even though it was never his “thing” in the early days, although somehow in time it did become a big part of him after all. We both poured our hearts and souls into making QVF what it became.
I want to thank my wonderful clients and their horses that we helped care for and train through the years. We’ve had our ups and downs, learned a lot, and made a few really good matches along the way! It was my pleasure to help you all reach goals that at one time seemed impossible to you. So many dreams came true, not just for me, but for the kids and adults that became the true fabric of the farm. Many of the “kids” I taught have now become Grand Prix riders and trainers themselves, and I couldn’t be more proud!
I will miss you all, and will relish in all of the great memories we made! Please keep on keeping on, and continue to be the best you can be…❤️ Love, Vicki Peters
