Thanksgiving is right around the corner. Here are some things to keep in mind around this holiday for our loving companions.

Best bet is to not feed any human food to them. Keep their space, calm, safe and food free.

If they get into anything call us to discuss further or go to urgent care.
NO ONIONS, SPICES, DRIPPINGS, SKIN, SWEETS

If they are feeling left out, you can give them some carrots, fresh green beans or a small nibble of cheese.

November is Pet Diabetes Awareness Month, During this month, organizations encourage monitoring for early signs like increased thirst and urination, weight loss or gain, and lethargy, while promoting lifestyle changes such as weight management and regular exercise to reduce risk.

Veterans Day is when we celebrate and honor our military veterans, all those who served. Every last one of them, whether they saw combat or not, they were willing to risk their lives to protect us. Some paid the ultimate sacrifice, and they hold a special place in our hearts.

National Cat Day is an annual event celebrated on October 29 in the United States. The day was created in 2005 by animal welfare advocate Colleen Paige with the primary goal of raising public awareness about the large number of cats in need of rescue and to encourage their adoption.
While the day is focused on celebrating the joy and companionship cats bring to our lives, it also serves as a reminder to consider adopting from shelters and to promote responsible pet ownership. Other countries celebrate a similar day on different dates
