Hey guys! I'm getting a lot of people no showing because they forget they have an appointment.
Most are big dogs or multiple family of dogs appointments.
When this happens it's a whole grooming morning without a paycheck when I could have booked another client or went to work on my other business.
So essentially a waste of my time and loss of income.
Please put your appointment in your phone calendar and set a reminder!
I'm just a tiny little business and do not have a reminder service like a vet facility or dentist.
Even tho it gives me time to get caught up grooming my own dogs, I still need to make a paycheck.
From this point on its $25 fee for no show appointments per small to medium size dog, $50 no show fee for doodles and giant breeds.
Most grooming facilities will take your credit card on file and charge up to 100% of the price of your dogs groom for a "no show"
I'm always very understanding and give everyone a break but it's been every week lately

Hey everyone, I will be on vacation the week of Labor Day and return to work on the 8th. I am completely booked the week I return and only have one available appointment spot left before then!
I haven't seen a few clients in awhile that should be on the 6 week rotation.
I do special pricing for those on a steady 6week schedule.
If you stretch things out and go longer, your dogs coat grows longer there for making the groom more work and time.
The price will not be the same!
So if you want that lower price. Please try to book your appointments every 6 weeks!

Yesterday I had my bi annual state inspection and I'm extremely proud to say that the state Animal inspector told me he has heard nothing but great things about me and my business!
I worked very hard for many years under the apprentice ships of many expert master groomers. Learning and twerking my skills. Learning dog behavior and assisting vets in the care of my dogs as well as other.
After years and years of learning and paying my dues of working for other grooming shops I was finally able to open my own!
I want to say Thank you to all my loyal clients for all the wonderful reviews!
I have opened up my schedule to a few new steady clients.
