This is Lobo. He's still here. 💔

After 161 days of being in our care, Lobo has developed kennel stress. Lobo is breaking our hearts.

We've had a huge outpouring of inquiries and suggestions on him, but no adopters.

I know people are well intended when they make recommendations, but respectively, Lobo needs shares and, more importantly, SERIOUS adopters.

In the nicest way I can say this - suggestions/comments of grain free diet, name change, temporary fosters, going home with staff, or (gulp) an insinuation that Lobo is being abused in our care - um, not helpful, also FALSE and abhorrent. Sometimes people are the worst.
Lobo is 3 y.o. He's a shepherd/husky/pyrnees blend, 80 # big boy. He was left behind chained inside a barn before we brought him to us.

This ISN'T home. He needs a home with a lot of land where he can roam and run. No other dogs because he is not a fan. No small children, because he's eighty pounds and could unintentionally knock a child over.

Lobo is a very special dog and he's gonna take a very special person to adopt him. But we know that person is out there. Please send him or her our way.
