🐾 Tyme for Pets – Client Guidelines 🐾
To help keep things running smoothly for both pets and their humans, here are a few general guidelines for services with Tyme for Pets. These help ensure every visit is safe, consistent, and the best possible experience for your pet!
• Meet & Greets
All new clients require a meet & greet before services begin so I can get to know your pet, and your routine.
• Visit Timing
Walk and drop-in visit times begin when I arrive at your home and end when I leave. This ensures every client receives their full scheduled service time.
• Home Access
Clients must provide reliable access to the home (key, lockbox, garage code, etc.) so visits can be completed as scheduled.
• Safety First
Pets must be safe to handle and comfortable with a sitter entering the home. Dogs will remain on leash during walks unless otherwise discussed. Visits may be shortened or adjusted during extreme weather conditions for pet safety.
• Supplies
Owners are responsible for providing food, medications, leashes, waste bags, and any other necessary supplies for their pet.
• Emergency Veterinary Care
In the event of a medical emergency, I will attempt to contact you immediately. If you cannot be reached, veterinary care may be sought to ensure your pet receives proper treatment. All veterinary costs remain the responsibility of the owner.
• Weekly Payment
Payment is due weekly on the final scheduled day of service for that week.
• Schedule Changes
If your schedule changes, please notify me as soon as possible so I can adjust accordingly.
• Photo Updates
Photos of your pet during visits are optional and can be provided upon request if you’d like updates during services.
Thank you so much for trusting Tyme for Pets with your furry family members! 🐶🐾
