Today’s the perfect reminder to check your pet’s microchip and make sure your contact info is up to date! 🐶🐱 A microchip is only as useful as the information linked to it.

✔️ Have your vet scan the chip
✔️ Confirm it's registered with your current phone number and address
✔️ Update it if you've moved or changed contact info

A quick check can make all the difference if your furry friend ever gets lost. Let’s keep our pets safe and connected! 💙

Heritage Animal Hospital North is seeking a high school student, age 16 and up, to help with the daily needs of our patients!
Working in a veterinary hospital can be an awesome way to gain experience, decide if a veterinary career is right for you, learn new skills, build your resume and connections, and even begin collecting hours for your vet school application!
Some responsibilities will include cleaning cages, cleaning the hospital, doing laundry, and helping catch up on tasks that were not completed earlier in the day. This is an entry level position, but the knowledge and experience gained will last a lifetime!
Hours will be based on student needs, but will be after school and on weekends during the school year, and a part time schedule through the summer! A full explanation of hours will be discussed at your interview.

🎉🎂 Happy 21st Birthday to our fabulous clinic queen, Piggy! 🎂🎉

Today, we're celebrating 21 purrfect years of sass, style, and unmatchable cuteness! She has been with us through countless patients, endless snuggles, and more purrs than we can count. Her presence lights up our clinic every day, and we can't imagine it without her!

This fabulous girl stays feeling her best thanks to Nexgard combo preventing her from parasites and Solensia injections for her arthritis. She’s living proof that a little TLC (and the occasional vet-approved magic) goes a long way. All while keeping all the clinic shenanigans in check 😻💊

Her absolute favorite things? Bonkers treats (obviously!) and making sure she never misses a moment of the clinic action! Whether it’s napping in her royal throne or keeping an eye on the hustle and bustle, she’s always watching like the queen she is 👑✨.

That’s right—every meow, purr, chirp, growl, and hiss is their way of telling us something VERY important.

🐱 “How DARE you move that chair I never sit on.”

Basically, your cat might be more fluent than you think. 🧠

We’ve partnered with a new payment processor, PetSwipe, which allows us to implement a dual pricing system across all of our services, including medical care, boarding, and grooming.

💵 Cash payments receive a discounted price
💳 Card payments reflect the standard price

As a small, locally owned business, we’ve done our best to absorb the rising costs of accepting card payments — but unfortunately, that’s no longer sustainable without raising prices for everyone. This new system helps us keep our base pricing lower, while giving our clients the choice of a cash discount.

You’ll see both prices clearly displayed at checkout, and our team is always happy to answer any questions.
