We are updating our policies to better serve our customers and ensure smoother, more reliable transactions. Meat pen orders will now require a 50% deposit when the rabbits are born in order to secure your purchase and help us plan accordingly. For anyone needing transportation, a transport fee will now be required and must be paid in full before the animals leave our facility. We want to reassure our buyers that we will continue offering feeding guides, showmanship assistance, and any additional support you may need at no cost when purchasing from us. These changes come after an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, particularly with transport, which has made it necessary to adjust our process. We sincerely apologize to our loyal customers who have always followed our previous guidelines, and we appreciate your understanding as we make these updates to prevent future issues.
